Oldbury Jazz Club

Newly formed in October 2021 the club holds its meetings normally on the first Wednesday of every month.

Meetings are held in the main area of the Memorial Hall from 19.30 to 21.30.

The club is aimed at gathering members who either know about Jazz or are wanting to learn about its various genres.

The club doesn’t just listen to music but integrates it with associated presentations covering a range of subjects. Presentations can cover items from music style, historical background, famous musicians, anecdotal stories, and the like. Members can bring refreshments if they wish and the whole evening is very informal.

Initial membership is £10 to cover hall booking fees.
